About the Role Acquisition Marketing and Merchandising Managers who will be responsible for identifying avenues to increase throughput at touchpoints for Axis Corporate Salary and Affluent businesses (Burgundy + Burgundy Pvt). Key Corporate Salary initiatives include corporate & corporate park activations and creation of networking opportunities with corporate Chief Decision Makers (CDM) for strategic results.
What you'll do
- Vendor Management, Cost Management, Event Management & Execution Excellence
- Discipline in training, certifications, HR related time lines adherence
- Monthly reiteration of Dos and Don’ts and create a strong culture of controls and compliance within the team
- Keep the team updated on lessons learnt
- Ensure all events approvals are secured proactively & as per process
