About Department Corporate Salary Group manages end to end requirements of Salary customers through wide range of products & services including deposits, loans, investments & payment solutions, etc. About the Role The Head – Program & Product for Corporate Salary will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth of the Salary Book (SA & TD), acquisition of new corporates and customers, and development of differentiated product propositions.

What you'll do

• Deliver top-line business targets for Corporate Salary through multiple channels
• Scale acquisition of new corporates and customers via B2B and B2C initiatives
• Drive ETB growth through cross-sell, product penetration, and improved SLC
• Curate customized offers for corporates in collaboration with third-party partners
• Ensure synergy cadence across mapped channels and adherence to compliance norms

What you need
