About the role

The City Head – Wealth Specialists is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving fee revenue generation through mapped Relationship Managers (RMs). This role follows a player-captain model, with 60% individual contribution and 40% team management responsibilities.

What you'll do

  • Achieve fee revenue targets through mapped RMs and personal sales efforts
  • Monitor and drive revenue performance across fee revenue products
  • Sales Enablement & Support
  • Drive product adoption by training and enabling sales teams and relationship managers
  • Conduct product workshops, presentations, and client meetings to support sales closures with RM
