About the role

The Product Manager Lockers oversees the end-to-end management of the bank’s locker services. This includes designing customer-centric solutions, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, optimizing operational processes, and driving product growth. The role involves close coordination with IT, Operations, Branch Banking, and Legal teams to enhance service delivery, resolve issues, and improve customer experience.

What you'll do

• Product Strategy & Development
• Design and enhance product offerings aligned with customer needs and regulatory guidelines
• Develop seamless onboarding and allocation processes for locker customers
• Conduct competition mapping and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Ensure locker operations comply with RBI regulations and internal audit standards
