Ensure error-free operations by adhering to bank processes and supervising tellers. Deliver superior customer service and achieve profitability through cross-selling and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Ensure Tellers generate sales references for liability products
• Generate leads for third-party products like MF/Insurance
• Promote saving accounts and Enet facilities for corporate clients
• Encourage customers to make the bank their primary banking partner
• Manage lobby, queues, and branch administration
