It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes About the Role The - Credit Officer � PL manages core underwriting for Personal loan, Underwriting will be for various different channels.

What you'll do

• Approval Rates, basis the target will be reviewed for the year for the location - Approval rates for all the locations - for the full year
• Turnaround time (TAT) from Login to Sanction - Login to Sanction for all products as confirmed
• Early Warning Signal- Location wise FPD for term Loans - Location-wise FPD % for Business Loan as confirmed
• Audit & Compliance, Basis Internal & Concurrent audit conducted & Report submitted. - Based on Internal & Concurrent audit conducted & Report submitted
• Training, Process improvement, Special assignment, support provided to Existing CPC, policy feedback, vendor management

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Audit
• Compliance
• Underwriting
• Credit appraisal
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
