RCF_IC_Contract_Administration

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Administration / Commercial professional with 3–5 years of experience in construction/EPC projects, preferably with exposure to large industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, data centre, cleanroom or other technically complex projects .

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day contract administration and commercial activities for the project
• Review and understand contract conditions, scope of work, BOQ, specifications and commercial terms
• Maintain and monitor contractual correspondence, notices, approvals and records
• Coordinate with project, planning, engineering, procurement and execution teams for commercial matters
• Prepare and process RA Bills / subcontractor bills , including verification of measurements and supporting documents

What you need
