About the role

The Engineer – Finishing – Site is responsible for the supervision, execution, and quality assurance of all finishing works at the site including interior and exterior finishes such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling, and cladding. The role ensures that finishing activities are completed on time, within quality standards, and in accordance with approved architectural drawings and specifications.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the supervision, execution, and quality assurance of all finishing works at the site including interior and exterior finishes such as plastering
• Review and interpret architectural and finishing drawings; ensure execution aligns with specifications and design intent. ?
• Monitor contractor activities, track work progress, and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones as per project schedule. ?
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and compliance with approved standards and mock-ups. ?
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and resources at the site by coordinating with the procurement and stores teams
