RCM Associate (Charge Posting)

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Charge Posting Specialist with 2+ years of experience in RCM to join our team. You'll work at the intersection of traditional claim submission or payment posting workflows and cutting-edge AI, helping our customers submit claims accurately and efficiently while ensuring our automation systems perform at the highest standard.

What you'll do

• Post and manage charges accurately
• Verify coding accuracy, modifiers, and medical necessity before claim submission
• Research bundling rules, frequency limitations, and other clinical editing logic to prevent denials
• Identify and escalate claim errors (incorrect coding, unbundled charges, missing documentation) before submission
• Track charge submission status and manage claim resubmissions when needed

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Medical coding
• Documentation
• Any graduate
