RCM Trainer

About the role

The Trainer / Process Coach is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. The role focuses on new hire training, refresher training, process updates, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous coaching to improve productivity, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Conduct new hire, refresher, and process-specific training across RCM functions
• Provide floor coaching, mentoring, and nesting support
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, QRGs, presentations, and assessments
• Conduct knowledge assessments and certification programs
• Analyze quality and productivity trends; perform root cause analysis and deliver corrective training

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
• Six Sigma
• SOP writing
• Root cause analysis
• Communication
• Any graduate
