Real estate coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a strong Real Estate Co-Ordinator with a background of having worked in Corporate Real Estate Function in BFSI sector with hands-on experience with respect to processes involving acquisition of premises for Companys Branches in the region. Also, co-ordinate among multiple stake holders for quick rollout in form of Branches, Regional/Zonal Offices etc.

What you'll do

• Ensure the proposals for the branch/ offices are properly screened and shortlisted before it is recommended for management approval
• Ensure that negotiations are in place with all external bodies and the best result is achieved for the company on all fronts, i.e. cost, quality and time
• Act as a check post to ensure all Infra related requirements has been communicated and agreed with the Lessors as per checklist for every acquisition
