What you'll do
- Identify high-potential development zones around station precincts
- Assess land development opportunities based on accessibility, connectivity, demographics, and economic indicators
- Evaluate the carrying capacity and development suitability of station influence areas
- Analyze market trends, absorption rates, property values, rental trends, vacancy levels, and growth patterns
- Undertake long-term real estate demand forecasting for various land uses
