Real Estate Manager

About the role

The role is responsible for managing and executing all commercial aspects of real estate for new and existing preschool and daycare centers across India. This includes lease commercials, renewals, cost control, analytical review of rent and utilities, MIS, and stakeholder coordination to ensure financially viable and compliant centers aligned with approved business plans.

What you'll do

• Support commercial evaluation of new preschool/daycare locations
• Negotiate and finalize lease commercials including rent, escalation, lock-in, CAM, deposits, rent-free period, and exit clauses (within approved limits)
• Prepare commercial summaries, deal comparison sheets, and approval notes
• Coordinate with Projects, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for deal closure and smooth handover
• Manage commercial aspects of existing centers including renewals, amendments, and escalations
