Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, external consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives, and be adept at managing complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead real estate project strategy, feasibility, scope, governance, budget, and schedule, aligned with corporate, workplace, and lab engineering standards
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, R&D, and other stakeholders to define business, space, technology, and operational requirements
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept and design through construction, commissioning, move-in, and closeout, including office and lab fit-outs
• Manage project performance, risks, change, quality, schedule, and compliance to ensure successful delivery against approved objectives
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and cost controls, ensuring financial transparency and accountability

What you need
