What you'll do

• Analyze and interpret entity, portfolio, and property-level financial data, including historical performance and forecasts, to support valuation and advisory engagements
• Develop and review Argus Enterprise models and Excel-based valuation models for commercial real estate assets including office, industrial, retail, multifamily
• Conduct economic, market, industry, and property-level research to assess factors impacting real estate values and investment decisions
• Utilize market research databases including CoStar, Green Street, RCA Analytics, REIS, and other industry resources to support valuation conclusions and market analyses
• Develop, customize, and maintain valuation models using methodologies such as discounted cash flow, direct capitalization, sales comparison, and cost approaches
