About the role

Responsible for welcoming and assisting patients, managing appointments, answering calls and enquiries, registering patients, and maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with doctor and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic administrative tasks when required.
