About the role

The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires maintaining a professional environment while assisting staff, students, and visitors with information and coordination.

What you'll do

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing callsthrough the EPABXsystem and directthem to the appropriate departments
• Maintain the visitor register and reception records
• Provide basic information and guidance to visitors, students, and staff
• Coordinate with departments for appointments, meetings, and visitor management

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Front office
• MS Office
• Documentation
• Coordination
• Any graduate
