Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist in our Media industry, you will be responsible for the following: Efficiently manage the EPABX system. Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel. Warmly welcome visitors in person or over the telephone. Sign in visitors and issue visitor badges. Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.

What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information
• Prepare reports, MIS, and other documents for the admin department
• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed
• Handle incoming calls professionally and redirect them as necessary
• Keep track of documents and ensure they are filed appropriately

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Documentation
• Any graduate
