Record Retrieval Executive

About the role

This role is a document imaging and records storage position based in India. Under minimal supervision, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that all documents and records received are reviewed on the company’s platform in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires working with large volumes of highly confidential documents, which must be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed individual production targets as defined by management (e.g., number of records processed per day)
• Maintain or exceed quality standards as defined by management (e.g., document accuracy rates)
• Perform job duties according to defined standards, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documents
• Collaborate with other team members within the Intake team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging situations

What you need

• 0–3 yrs of experience
• Microbiology
• MIS reporting
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or M.Sc
