Recovery Agent

About the role

You will be responsible for field-level collection, overdue monitoring, and the recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs) or overdue loan installments related to tractors and commercial equipment finance. The ideal candidate possesses strong field negotiation skills, knowledge of local geography, and an empathetic yet firm approach to debt recovery in strict compliance with legal and RBI guidelines.

What you'll do

• Field Recovery & Collections Conduct field visits to delinquent customers (borrowers/co-borrowers) to collect overdue installments for tractor and equipment loans
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1-90 DPD) and hard-bucket/NPA accounts as assigned
• Track down untraceable or absconding borrowers using local intelligence, dealer networks, and field contacts
