About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer management, and hiring for niche as well as volume positions across IT and digital technologies.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Drive offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities

What you need
