Recruiter – IT & Non-IT

About the role

As a Remote Recruiter – IT & Non-IT, you will play a key role in managing candidate sourcing, screening, and profile submission across a variety of domestic and international recruitment assignments. You will work independently to identify qualified professionals who match specific job requirements, using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment requirements across both IT and Non-IT sectors and various industries
• Review and screen applications received through the company's recruitment portal
• Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, professional interests, and overall suitability
• Verify essential candidate information, including current compensation (CTC), expected compensation, notice periods, relevant experience, and availability
• Build, develop, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned vacancies

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
