Talent Acquisition- end to end - Talent Identification

What you'll do

  • Provide end to end process expertise & input into future state process design
  • Assist the GPOs in compiling leading practices & process design considerations, incorporating build to operate efficiency principles
  • Provide input into Workday technology enablement, identify automation opportunities, & address process administration gaps
  • Work with GPOs to document process narratives required for SOP creation
  • Compile localization practices to support localization preparation
