About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Thiruvallur. In this role, you will drive end-to-end bulk and volume hiring to meet our plant's operational demands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and onboarding large batches of technical trainees and apprentices under the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) framework.

What you'll do

  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize local sourcing channels, including ITI/Diploma colleges, skill development centers, local job fairs, vendors
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screening, physical verification checks, and coordinate technical/line manager interviews on the shop floor
  • Onboarding & Documentation: Complete background verification, medical check coordination
