Recruitment Manager who has substantial out bound experience recruiting latent talent (not the ones actively looking on LinkedIn). We prefer thinkers who can spot dedicated talent, pursue and convert and who have worked in smaller companies and looking to grow into a broad based HR responsibility with a focus

What you'll do

• Lead overall recruiting strategy for both the short-
• And long-term needs of the business
• Identify and build talent pipeline to hire the best
• Talent through out bound and in bound techniques
• Evaluate candidates’ strength and commitment

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Any graduate
