About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Marketing Specialist to lead talent attraction initiatives through strategic recruitment marketing campaigns. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional projects, and optimize marketing efforts to attract high-quality candidates.

What you'll do

• Own and manage recruitment marketing projects, ensuring initiatives are organized, prioritized, and delivered on schedule
• Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of organic and paid content across multiple talent acquisition channels
• Manage the recruitment marketing content pipeline and collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across job boards, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and other sourcing channels
