Recruitment Specialist Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist Coordinator to support hiring across our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction functions. The role will involve coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the recruitment process for roles across architecture, civil engineering, MEP, structural, project management, BIM, and design
• Work closely with recruiting team to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, timelines, and priority positions
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and industry networks
• Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, technical panels, and senior leadership
• Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, next steps, and documentation
