What you'll do

  • Manage royalty calculation, validation, reporting, and payment processes
  • Ensure processing is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs/TATs
  • Review royalty statements, contracts, and supporting data to identify discrepancies
  • Lead and manage the operations team, including workload allocation, performance, and development
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and exceptions
