About the role

We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in IM Operations to provide security master and reference data support to traders and other stakeholders across Asian, European, and American regions.

What you'll do

• Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
• Train others, allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
• Providing security master and reference data support to traders and other stakeholders across Asian, European, and American regions
• Reviewing exception reports such as those for GSD and Aladdin daily and resolving the exceptions
• Resolving reconciliation exceptions such as researching and fixing coupon and amortization breaks between GSD and Aladdin
