About the role

You'll partner with global stakeholders to provide accurate, compliant, and customer-focused HR services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Deliver HR Shared Services across one or more specialized HR functions
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, HR inquiries, payroll, compensation, or talent processes
• Maintain HR data accuracy and support enterprise HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or ServiceNow
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives
