Regional Anchor Manager - Secured & Unsecured Lending Business

About the role

Customer acquisition, service delivery, maximising productivity, location specific targets for business development strategies to be driven by AM's. Ensure effective marketing activities, lead generation, brand visibility, branch visits, market research and competitor analysis.

What you'll do

• Lead team of 30 or more Branch Managers for achieving business targets in terms of revenue generation, operational compliance, customer acquisition & retention
• Lead and co-ordinate the team of regional corporate staff members in Business Development & Marketing, Operations &Recovery, Human Resources & Administration
• Lead the team of Branch Managers as well as Area Managers in the region and guide them to achieve the Business targets
• Innovate, plan & implement new ways & means to increase walk ins & attract new customers and retain existing ones and to convert non-BEP branches to BEP branches
