Regional Asset Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional IT Asset Manager to own the governance of the RMA lifecycle and spare-parts availability for GPU and network hardware across Nebius data centers in the region. You will work directly with hardware vendors, site teams, logistics, procurement and Finance, set the standards and KPIs for asset management, and lead the asset-management team.

What you'll do

• Monitor failure rates and RMA ageing; escalate directly with vendors when failure rates spike or turnaround slips
• Run weekly site + vendor reviews to keep RMA ageing and spare levels under control
• Coordinate spares site by site with Site Spare Specialists; review and approve spare-part orders prepared by sites
• Maintain target stock levels per site and platform, balancing spares against the RMA pipeline and failure trends
• Own spares budgeting and forecasting for the region
