About the role

As a Regional Business Manager (RBM), you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of ZEISS Vision Care in India. This role goes beyond driving sales numbers — it’s about building a high-performance culture, developing the next line of leaders, and accelerating growth through innovation and strategic thinking.

What you'll do

• Lead the regional business to achieve ambitious growth and profitability goals in line with ZEISS’s Vision 2030 strategy
• Develop and execute strategic business plans that enhance market share, customer reach, and category leadership
• Use BI tools (SFDC, Power BI) to make data-driven decisions, track performance, and identify emerging business opportunities
• Anticipate market shifts, customer needs, and competitive trends to proactively shape business responses
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team aligned with ZEISS values and growth aspirations
