• Own collection performance for the assigned geography and buckets; understand local portfolio characteristics, monitor portfolio movement
• Lead, coach, and develop the collections team; set clear expectations, review productivity and performance, and drive the team towards collection targets
• Manage collection agencis across the assigned geography; ensure adequate capacity, drive productivity and resolution outcomes
• Own resolution and recovery targets for the assigned portfolio; analyse MIS and key recovery metrics, identify performance gaps
• Lead the implementation of collection strategies across calling and field operations, including tracing, legal recovery, dual allocation
