About the role

Regional Coordinator will provide technical assistance to strengthen the implementation of the state’s Anemia Mukt Bharat initiative in line with government guidelines and will report to the State Program Lead, Andhra Pradesh. You will work closely with the state team, representing our technical assistance to Iron and Folic Acid (IFA) Supplementation program at the district level.

What you'll do

Serve as the primary point of contact for Region, district and block officials, fostering strong working relationships with senior administrators in Health, Education
Ensure such meetings are convened regularly and used to address challenges and plan for successful outcomes
Advocate for expansion of the IFA program in assigned districts
Work with district health officials to ensure inclusion of budgets and IEC strategies in annual NHM Program Implementation Plans (PIPs)
Engage with representatives of development partners and stakeholders at district levels, as guided by the state team
