Regional Credit Manager – BLR - KAR

About the role

TERRITORY - BPF, BANGALORE, BANGALORE, BANGALORE, BANGALORE-SUNKADAKATTE, S0031, NA, KARNATAKA Performance rating should be 3 and above in the last 2 PMS cycle and not having any active DA cases. Customer acquisition, service delivery, maximising productivity, location specific targets for business development strategies to be driven by AM's.

What you'll do

• Lead team of 30 or more Branch Managers for achieving business targets in terms of revenue generation, operational compliance, customer acquisition & retention
• Lead and co-ordinate the team of regional corporate staff members in Business Development & Marketing, Operations &Recovery, Human Resources & Administration
• Lead the team of Branch Managers as well as Area Managers in the region and guide them to achieve the Business targets
• Innovate, plan & implement new ways & means to increase walk ins & attract new customers and retain existing ones and to convert non-BEP branches to BEP branches
