What you'll do

• Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the President APAC and COO APAC
• Coordinate APAC leadership meetings, executive forums, town halls, offsites and events, including agendas, materials, logistics, decisions, actions and follow-through
• Manage domestic and international executive travel, itineraries, visas, accommodation and expenses, balancing business priorities
• Prepare and coordinate high-quality presentations, briefing materials, correspondence and leadership updates
• Track key executive priorities, actions and deadlines while building strong relationships across Finance, People & Culture, Marketing, Sales, Services
