Regional Finance Leader (South Asia)

About the role

A successful Finance Controller should be: A Qualified CA with at least 10 years of PQE. Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Cross Border Manufacturing experience will be preferred Leadership capabilities to guide and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in financial software and tools.

What you'll do

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's operational goals
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
