The Regional Head – Business Banking is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving business banking operations across a designated region. What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve growth, revenue, and profitability targets
• Align regional goals with the organization’s overall objectives through collaboration with senior leadership
• Identify market opportunities and trends to expand the business banking portfolio
• Lead and manage teams including Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Cluster Heads, and support staff
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching
