What you'll do

• Commercial Leadership & Growth
• Own the growth agenda for A&T — revenue, win rate, retention, and expansion — as the primary measure of the role’s success
• Act as the senior, client-facing product authority for A&T: anchoring strategic client engagements, pitches, high-stakes decisions, and escalations
• Partner with Revenue and Sales as the expert in the room — qualifying opportunities, shaping scope and pricing, and helping convert and expand accounts
• Define and evolve the commercial logic — packaging, bundling, premiums, and guardrails — so A&T can be sold and delivered profitably at scale

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• IFRS
• US GAAP
• Financial reporting
• QuickBooks
• Financial modelling
• Chartered Accountant or MBA or B.Com
