About the role

The Regional Head of Technology is the senior Technology leader representing Rodeo FX across its growing operations in India. Based in Bengaluru, this person provides day-to-day regional leadership and coordination while working within Rodeo FX’s global Technology organization.

What you'll do

• Regional Leadership & Team Growth
• Act as the senior Technology representative in India and primary local point of contact for Technology-related matters
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination for India-based Technology employees, including team members who report functionally to Global Technology leaders
• Maintain clear communication and alignment between regional employees, their functional leaders and studio leadership
• Help employees navigate priorities, operational concerns and escalation paths when their functional leaders are not locally available

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
