Regional Head - Supply Chain Finance Sales

About the role

'Regional Head - SCF Sales The role entails scaling up the SCF – Dealer/ Vendor Business for the bank at a region level in a cost effective manner. It includes business development to ensure SCF AUM growth, New-to-bank Client acquisition for Anchor relationships, anchor’s regional office management, credit and risk oversight, and revenue generation contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank.

What you'll do

• '• Complete ownership of regional portfolio of SCF – Dealer/ Vendor business. having targets of balance sheet and revenue numbers
• Manage SCF Sales teams in the region and drive the team by providing strategic inputs and plans for penetration in current markets as well as future geographic expansion
• Develop constructive relationships with Regional Anchor customers and Key Strategic Partners to drive growth of business
• Collaborate with the Regional Heads (Trade Sales) & Product team to ensure that the target segment is offered the best in class SCF solutions
• Oversee performance of the regional SCF portfolio: utilization, risk exposure, NPAs. Monitor early warning indicators and initiate corrective actions proactively
