Responsible for supervision of Process management and adhering to Timeliness and Quality underwriting for Business loans, educating and training the team for better process efficiency and optimum productivity and audit compliances Portfolio quality Management _ Frequent review of portfolio trend on all Key parameters ensuring acceptable trends highlighting hits and misses with continuous corrective measures ensuring Portfolio quality.
