About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team in the consumer products division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our business needs.

What you'll do

Identify and attract talent through job portals, consultants, and field manager networks
Manage and support business partnering initiaves region wise
Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and in alignment with business needs
Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective Business Units (BU)
Facilitate smooth interview processes and negotiate salaries to remain competitive as per industry standards
