What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders in driving people priorities across the region, with a strong focus on manning, attrition, performance management
• Manning & Talent Acquisition Drive manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions across branches
• Partner with TA and business teams to improve hiring quality, speed and productivity
• Track hiring pipeline, joining ratios and branch-wise manpower gaps
• Support hiring drives, referrals and local talent mapping
