Responsible for publishing Jio Point key KPIs such as - TAT; Repeat repair; Cost of Service; Spares use & recovery ratio Analyse raw data and provide key data points on various Cost & Speed To monitor and publish Service Performance of Jio Point , State wise ( in the region) and ensure proper analysis and correction action

What you'll do

  • Analyse the Jio Point KPI & performance measurement
  • Analyse Jio Phone failure trends and Jio Point service Parameters
  • Ensure data authenticity and high reliability of any report
  • Responsible for publishing Jio Point key KPIs such as - TAT; Repeat
  • Repair; Cost of Service; Spares use & recovery ratio

What you need

  • 2–4 yrs of experience
  • MBA
