Regional Key Account Manager

About the role

To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility across national modern trade accounts by developing strong customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring excellent execution, and achieving business objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with Regional Modern Trade accounts to drive sales growth and profitability
• Negotiate and finalize Terms of Trade (TOT) and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with the marketing calendar
• Achieve chain-wise sales targets, business KPIs, and own the P&L of assigned accounts
• Drive product listings, assortment expansion, and execute promotional plans to maximize sales and visibility
• Ensure effective in-store execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams
