What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with village leaders, local influencers, community representatives, panchayat members, farmer groups, and other stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve community concerns that may impact project execution or operations
• Support land acquisition, RoW management, and stakeholder engagement efforts through continuous community outreach
• Build goodwill and trust within local communities to ensure long-term project acceptance and support
• Conduct periodic security, social, and operational risk assessments across project and operational sites

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
