Regional Manager - Branch Business

About the role

To lead team of 30 or more Branch Managers for achieving business targets in terms of revenue generation, operational compliance, customer acquisition & retention, quality service to customers, asset quality portfolio and collection. Lead and co-ordinate the team of regional corporate staff members in Business Development & Marketing, Operations &Recovery, Human Resources & Administration

What you'll do

• Lead the team of Branch Managers as well as Area Managers in the region and guide them to achieve the Business targets
• Achieve the targets of the Region for gold loans and other loan products for various quarters as well as for the financial year (FY)- ensure quality of collaterals/…
• Achieve other business targets including SD and 3rdparty products for various quarters as well as FY
• Timely interest collection by branches and recovery of overdue- minimizing NPA status of accounts as well as auction of gold
• Ensuring operational efficiency of branches and ensuring systems and procedures are followed by branch staff
