What you'll do

• Visit zones and regions - interact with Zonal Officers, Regional Officers and Bank branch managers
• Guide and support team to ensure achievement of targets
• Interact with customers to explain the products and solutions
• Ensure activation, persistency & prod uctivity is maintained
• Ensure quality of recruits hired in the team

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Sales
• Insurance
• Key account management
• Customer service
• Product knowledge
• MS Office
• Any graduate

Good to have

• Complaint handling
• Underwriting
